This ordinance shall not apply to any person, firm or
corporation, or to any property at to whom or which, it is A.
For each piece or parcel of real property, residential, commercial
or otherwise, located within the Village and leased or rented on or after
the effective date of this Ordinance, the Owner, Lessor or Landlord
thereof shall, within thirty (30) days of the effective date hereof,
inform the office of the Tax Administrator in writing, of the name and
address of each Lessee, Renter or Tenant thereof. B.
Within thirty (30)
days of the termination of any tenancy,
the Owner, Lessor or Landlord shall notify the Office of the Village Tax
Administrator in writing of the forwarding address of the previous Lessee,
Renter or Tenant. C.
Every Owner, Lessor or Landlord subject to the provisions of
subsection A of this Section is under a continuing duty to notify the
office of the Tax Clerk whenever a piece or parcel of real property,
residential, commercial or otherwise, is again rented to any subsequent
Lessee, Renter or Tenant. Such notification shall provide the same
information to the office of the Tax Administrator as subsection A of this
Section. D.
Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this section
shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
That
this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, welfare, and
peace of the Village of New Waterford, State of Ohio, and shall therefore
take effect immediately upon passage. Any portion
of any Ordinance in conflict herewith is hereby declared to be null and
void. Any provision of any Ordinance not in conflict herewith shall remain
